  Bring your item and receipt to any Poundstretcher store nationwide. Our customer service team will assist you at the checkout or information desk.

  A store associate will quickly inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria and is in a resalable condition.

  Receive Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method, or you may choose an exchange for another product of equal value.
